  • The Omelet Man - Choose from a wide selection of ingredients to make the perfect omelet prepared tableside.
  • Grandma Amber’s Perfect Crepes - A secret family recipe. The way you choose to top them is up to you. Choose from hot creamed ham or seafood and lobster béchamel served with steamed asparagus as well as, fresh berries, sweet whipped crème, crème fraiche, Bavarian vanilla cream, hot apples in brown sugar and assorted preserves.
  • Asian Grilled Salmon served with a Sesame Field Green Salad with Hearts of Palm topped with Ginger Dressing. Accompanied by a Thai Noodle Salad - served cold with baby corn, julienne carrots and water chestnuts in a toasted sesame oil dressing.
  • Lock, Stock and Bagel - Assorted Bagels served with cold smoked salmon, gravlax, smoked fish dips, cream cheese, chopped hard boiled eggs, red onion and capers, and an assortment of sliced deli meats and cheeses.
  • Any entrée not paired with a salad or dessert item will include your choice of salad or dessert from the following:

    -Baby spinach, avocado and sliced orange with honey citrus dressing

    -Iceberg, crumbled bleu cheese and bacon with bleu cheese or creamy vinaigrette dressing.

Coastal North Carolina Barbeque - $3,999 Rehearsal Dinner

Choose One Salad

  • Ice berg Chop Salad - Chopped Iceberg and Romaine lettuce with Julian carrots and fine sliced red opinion Dressings will be served on the side. Blue cheese, Italian vinaigrette, and Ranch dressings are included.
  • Caesar salad - Romaine lettuce is chopped and tossed fresh with parmesan cheese pitted calamata olives and seasoned croutons and creamy Caesar dressing.

Choose two sides

  • Cole slaw - The coleslaw is a red and green slaw that is sweet and tangy with shredded carrots, dried cranberries, and raisins.

  • Creamy Cucumbers and Onions
  • Smokey Baked Beans with smoked hickory bacon and brown sugar.

Main courses

  • Pulled pork barbeque - North Carolina coastal style pork BBQ is vinegar and onion based pork shoulder BBQ Served with kieser rolls. Hot sauces will be provided from mild to searing hot so use the sauces at your own risk.
  • Fried Chicken - Butter milk battered and fried with just the right amount of salt pepper and secret spices.
    Served with Hawaiian Style Rolls and Butter

Dessert

  • Vanilla Pound cake with berries and cream - This dessert is a fun way to make your own dessert just the way you like it. The ingredients are served separately: Pound cake, strawberries and blue berries with simple syrup; you may choose to top this with fresh cream whipped with sugar and vanilla or Apple or Berry Crisp.

  • French Green Beans baked with creamy soup and topped with dried onions

  • Family Style Salad with tomato, carrots, red onion, cucumber, croutons and classic Italian Vinagrette.
  • Chicken Parmesan served with spaghetti ali oila
  • Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions
  • Baked Ziti or Linguini with red or clam sauce

  • Surprise Salad – Baby spinach and strawberries with a sweet poppy seed dressing

  • Traditional Paella Valenciana – shrimp, shell fish, chicken , Spanish chorizo sausage, vegetables and Spanish rice, garnished with sliced green onions and piquillo chilies. **Make sure there is plenty of Sangria on hand!
  • Served with hearty crusty bread

  • **This selection must be plated due to the delicate nature of the entries
  • Spinach Citrus Salad – baby spinach, slice oranges and red onion topped with honey citrus dressing
  • Sauteed Softshell Crab with mustard seed buerre blanc served with carrots and cauliflower, and cous cous or long grain rice
  • Medalions of Beef au poivre served with carrots and cauliflower, and cous cous or long grain rice.
