Mallards Marsh through Beach Ball Inc. has created packages for couples on a budget and wishing to get married at their rental cottage. Ceremonies may be on the beach, pool side, on the deck or inside. Written approval by the rental company is required. Minimal travel fees may be added for cottages outside our area.

#2 Budget Package $3,999 / $1,000 deposit Includes:

Coffee and tea will be provided by the caterer. Buffet menus are custom designed for you by our chef. Cocktail hour foods may be added for an additional charge and menus may be upgraded. Your choice of table decorations may be viewed on our sites. Deposits are payable by cash, check, Visa or Master Card. Balance is due 30 days before the event. We will be happy to price out additional flowers, food items etc. We have unique favors, gifts, custom decorations, photography packages and much more available. Pricing for tents, videographers, etc. available.
We have 30 years of wedding experience on the Outer Banks and references from brides and vendors are available. We take the stress and expense out of your wedding experience and leave you with the desire to hold your anniversary celebrations with us as well!!!!
